I’ve been playing instruments since I was 12 years old, so roughly 46 years! For the last 30 years, I have purchased so many D’Addario guitar strings and always had great sound and trust with them!! There was only one time that I’ve called the company to report a problem, and they were incredibly quick to respond with a resolution. I can’t stress enough that this is a company that everyone should do business. They make great quality equipment, and their a company you can trust. There’s some companies that make very good products, but they don’t have very good customer support. This is not one of those companies… They make very good product, and they have very excellent customer service. It just seems that it’s not something that’s very common these days.
I had questions regarding my two latest Bass guitars and "string thru" string availablilty, and several other related questions. One of their customer tech guys, George responded quickly and was of immense help in answering all my questions... which, were spread out over several emails, and All were responded to, within mere minutes of my asking. I applaud D'Addario's customer service, and George... they are a great credit to D'Addario and their Outstanding product line of strings. I use D'Addario Strings exclusively on all my Electric Bass guitars (9), my Banjo's and Mandolins.
Was restringing my fender squier stratocaster when the b and e strings broke contacted d'addario, described what happened sent photos. Followed the instructions with the follow up email. The customer service from George was excellent thank you so much.
I love D'Addario. They have always been my main goto for strings and other products. The customer service is second to none. I particularly love the fact that they are a US based company and I love doing business with a company that supports America.
Bought a pair of drumsticks that broke extremely quickly, and thought I might as well email in to see what they could do. Well they shipped me a brand new pair and credited me some points on my Players Circle account! Pretty great service for such a small product in their line.
