Took my Mazda 6 to the Carlisle dealership to have recall work carried out. Fitted new brake callipers and didn’t tighten the brake lines into the calliper so it was leaking brake fluid. Luckily the car was booked into an independent garage for a service and MOT the next day and he spotted it and repaired it for free. Informed David Hayton Mazda of their mistake and was told that the service manager would contact me. Still waiting.......Poor standard of workmanship and customer service - although the receptionist was very apologetic.
