I disliked the fact I was quoted /offered a renewal rated that was $75 cheaper than what I was charged. They knew what they were doing because it had a click link to renew, then it made me choose one year or two years. Then asked for payment. Never once showing the price or what they were applying to my card!!!!!! Classic bait and switch...
