I had such a great experience talking to Bianca who helped me so much. She explained everything so well and clearly, and I appreciated her patience and kindness. And at the end when I tried to do the survey, I accidentally pressed the wrong key, and I felt so badly that they may think I wasn’t satisfied and I was VERY satisfied. And I wanted the company and Bianca know I was very happy with the results of our interaction. Thank you so much!!
Do not waste money! No one got this dental saving plan. And most dental offices I visited did not welcome it. So I purchased a major dental insurance. And they renewed it however they wanted. I disabled auto-renewal on my account to avoid this, but they reactivated it without notice. If your goal is to save money by getting the dental savings plan offered here, I’d suggest you go with a major dental insurance plan instead.
I disliked the fact I was quoted /offered a renewal rated that was $75 cheaper than what I was charged. They knew what they were doing because it had a click link to renew, then it made me choose one year or two years. Then asked for payment. Never once showing the price or what they were applying to my card!!!!!! Classic bait and switch...
Called pressuring me to renew three months before it was due offering me a discount which was more than I paid the first year the first year they said the second year would be less in money. This was a lie.
