Ordered prints on the 9th Feb still haven't arrived. They use UPS who are terrible. Contacted UPS to be told the prints have been sent back due to no commercial invoice being with them. No contact from either Desenio or UPS to let me know this. Trying to get a refund now so I can order prints from a company that can deliver them. Such a waste of time .
