Half of my order didn't arrive

Half of my order didn't arrive but order status says delivered. Like come on guys, it's not rocket science - I paid over $300 for two posters with frames and you can't figure it out? At this price point, this quality of service is unacceptable. Also, they claim they'll deliver your order in 2-4 business days. I received only half of my items in 7 days - and the rest is God knows where.

Wrongful Charges and Inaccurate Delivery Info

They didn't deliver my framed canvases in the time framed provided, but what was more frustrating is that my order receipt said they DID deliver them. The online contact gives a response from AI, and I only learned that they had not shipped them yet when I called their help line. Worse yet, they charged the wrong amount for no reason at all (my bill was around $230 and they withdrew over $500 dollars from my account). I was assured that I would be refunded for the money (that they were NOT authorized to take) within 14 business days. That time has passed without the arrival of my refund. My canvases did end up arriving (they shipped them one day before I would have been allowed to file a missing claim). The wrongful charge still hasn't been corrected. I have had to call them at least five times and I will have to continue if they don't refund my money. The product is fine, but I will not shop with them again given their lack of accurate communication and accurate financial withdrawal. If a business charges the wrong amount of money for no reason (which is totally unacceptable), they should be quick to resolve that issue. As it is, I have wasted a lot of time on this.

Didn't receive my purchase

I was very excited to finally purchase from Desenio. I waited...and waited... and waited for two weeks and still haven't received a tracking number. I asked for a refund--hopefully, I receive that.

Prints are smaller than advertised and…

Prints are smaller than advertised and no help or refund from customer service. Ordered a 20”x28” print and it was 0.5” smaller than advertised resulting in gaps between the art and my frame. Their excuse was that they size the prints to perfectly fit THEIR frames. Beware if you are trying to buy their prints and place them in your own frames I guess.

These are posters. This is garbage. This is what you might put up in a dorm room. Do NOT fall for this stupid website. This is a SCAM! They sell the work of a poor quality colored copier. Terrrrrrible quality. Absolute junk!! Beware!!

Poor quality

I ordered a personal print and a frame from Desenio. I purposely purchased a frame because I believed that if I ordered both the print and the frame they would fit together well. They did not. The photo was too long horizontally, and short vertically. I placed the photo in the frame and I could see the frame cardboard behind the print. The photo print had waves in it because it was too long for the frame. I do not recommend Desenio. Desenio did not ensure that the photo fit the frame and this is very basic especially given that they frame and print wall art. One other note: Notice on their website they do not post reviews from customers. It should give you pause.
