Ordered some products on the 28th Aug. Should of looked into it more carefully, no contact telephone No, complaints procedure etc should of been a red flag. I had to send a 7 day letter to them for the goods or refund. I finally got an email today saying I've been refunded (17th sept) we shall see how long that takes!! looking at these other reviews i'm not the only one to have had the same issue. i wouldn't shop here again and my overall experience in dealing with them has been very very poor. ignored emails, no products, and so on. This isn't the best time in peoples lives to be messed around with money. Avoid avoid avoid.
