I had the same problem when paying by paypal in March, and like a fool I then used a credit card, the first one wouldn't accept, but the second one did. The delivery information was superb, as the invoicing etc. One of the products that I ordered, a set of 3 Purell foam hand sanitiser, were faulty. The sanitiser just did not foam and came out as a very strong smelling liquid. i must admit that I kept trying every couple of days to see if any different. It wasn't so I contacted them and they said (after basically saying that they didn't believe me) to return, which I did. Over the last month I have sent letters via email and also their website on four occasions since then, and just cannot get any response. I really get the feeling that I have been scammed, I'm not even convinced that the second item of hand sanitiser is ok, so not using it. Total waste of £36.
