Waited months, literally, to receive ultimately zero documentation after initial approval. Refund requested and still zero feedback. Submitted credit card disputes due to incomplete service and filed documentation to BBB, FTC, and related entities. At the very least it is a waste of time and effort; at the most it is fraud/deception/breach of contract.
