I am so very disappointed in Divan. Last year I applied for a handicap placard and it was a very smooth process. This year, I sent in the application and the fee and the request was approved however I never received the letter to bring to my Motor Vehicles. I have written over a dozen emails without reply asking for an update and just recently left two voice messages that were not returned and sent three text messages that remain unanswered asking for a refund. I fear this works for first time customers but then it does not work for return customers. The company just keeps your money. I am very upset I was victim to this scam. Be aware.
