This is the office behind Dr. Handicap:We used this service for my husband. The upload process was easy. We received our signed form back and took it to the DMV. CA DMV requires a wet signature and we have been unable to get that from them. Their phone numbers go straight to voicemail that they never return. They don't respond to emails. I even tried to get in touch with the CEO and VP. The VP was responsive and said he forwarded the issue to the CEO but still we got no response. They own multiple businesses and if you look at Trust Pilot - the reviews are pretty terrible and all in the same way.
