A good idea but poor execution.This subscription is a great idea and great for people like me. I signed up without hesitation as it offered exactly what i needed. however they do not deliver on what they promise which is disappointing. Clearly they are overwhelmed, unable, poorly managed, poorly supported, all of the above and more. But they simply cannot fulfill the simplest of regular orders. They do of course blame this on Brexit and while I can understand a few days of delay on Brexit we all have had a number of YEARS to prepare for Brexit and so this is no excuse. The delays I have experienced are weeks and weeks so this is far more than Brexit, this is something fundamentally wrong with their logistics. It is certainly no excuse for the days and days you will need to wait to hear back from customer services and no excuse for the unsatisfactory quality of their products which have repeatedly broke.The product itself is not of good quality. It is certainly better than disposable razors but I had a number of times where the handle itself has broke and I have had to wait far too long for a replacement. It is only because I have stockpile of razor cartridges that I have had to stay with the company. But once I can get through my stockpile I'll be long gone. If I could return the unused products I would but they don't allow it so I have just donated £100s to this company for useless products.I cannot recommend to anyone. DSC you must improve or quit as it is no fair on new customers who don't know what they are getting into.
