I placed a small order with this company and then heard nothing; no response to my enquiry via their web site, phone calls un-answered. Then I read the Trustpilot reviews and thought oh ****!However, an email direct to the company produced a prompt response from Shannon in sales, who checked my order status, got back to me immediately with the info (awaiting stock from Poland) arranged to supply the same items in a different colour, got it all together and dispatched the same day. The goods arrived with DPD the following lunchtime. So after a wobbly start, they really turned up trumps, (thanks to Shannon) and I've got all the parts I need at a really good price.
