i'll admit, i've only talked with support so far. i talked with whoever is in charge of support and they were wonderful, very friendly and very helpful. i'll also admit i'm a bit worried to send my parts but i just want my lightsaber fixed, and i bought my saber from the steel city con and the people there were very nice too, so i feel like it should be ok. i'll guess we'll see what happens
