They are liars and thieves. It has been months since we paid for a product they have not shipped. I have been lied to numerous times by the owner who has claimed over and over that they just shipped it. And then of course they just blocked me and stopped responding. Do not give these thieves your money.
i'll admit, i've only talked with support so far. i talked with whoever is in charge of support and they were wonderful, very friendly and very helpful. i'll also admit i'm a bit worried to send my parts but i just want my lightsaber fixed, and i bought my saber from the steel city con and the people there were very nice too, so i feel like it should be ok. i'll guess we'll see what happens
What a wonderful experience. I’ve had my Luke neopixel saber for already for 4 years and it’s still holding up great. I had the the best customer support ever. I totally recommend this company and their pricing is great. I will stand with dxsabers!!!
I hate to see that people are still getting full on scammed by Paul even years later. I bought a Revan saber for $500 back in 2021 that I never got. Instead, I received a completely random base hilt, with a used, beaten, and broken module and blade almost 8 months after my order. Had to find and pay someone else $100 to fix because he blocked me on instagram, blocked my email, and blocked my phone number instead of refunding the order or taking any level of accountability. I’m not sure what goes on in this guys head, or lack thereof, but he’s a sick business owner and belongs in jail. All “good” reviews are fabricated entirely, and it’s known throughout the saber community how twisted this guy is. I’m not naturally petty, but I’m petty enough to throw in my 2 cents of experience if it means saving a SW fan from throwing money aimlessly at this sick, sad, and sorry turd of a man.
