I purchased a neopixel saber back in January. I believed for awhile that the owner of the company (Paul) was a very kind and professional business owner which I respected as an entrepreneur myself. Well... I was mistaken. After asking a few times for order updates I just kept getting dragged on and spoon fed lies which is rather unfortunate. After doing my research via reddit, google, etc, I came to find out that their supplier cut them off a couple months ago. I personally think the worst part is that he's taken down his google review page and tries to fabricate his reviews which is just a scummy business practice in my opinion. Not to mention, it's virtually impossible to get a refund because this guy will go ghost and the banks won't allow for it, especially if you've been waiting as long as I have. The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because I do believe Paul is a nice guy with good intentions for the star wars community, but there's obviously been issues with suppliers, customer support, falsified reputation, and company staff. DX Sabers has got a lot to figure out, and I highly recommend pursuing a more reliable company for the time being whether you're a collector or just someone who wants a dang lightsaber.
