First order but I will certainly use now for all supplies. Delivery was fast and as promised. Quality of vases excellent. Brilliant customer service. when one was broken in transit (no idea how as they are so well packed), there was no quibble and I received a replacement within two days. Couldn't fault this company.
Amazing company and products. placed an order with standard delivery, and it was dispatched fast and out for delivery within a couple of days. Unfortunately Yodel delivered my parcel to the wrong building and it was stolen. Emailed the company and they immediately dispatched a replacement order for me with dpd which arrived the next day! Flowers are beautiful and i would 100% order again
If i could give ZERO stars I would. Paid for next day delivery and item never turned up. Chased the company and the courier. They did however refund me the postage I oaid for express shipping but after that, their customer service was shocking!!! 4days I had to wait for my package and this,company couldn't even be bothered to chase the courier company. I had to do this myself with numerous phone calls. I even put a dispute into my bank for this item so I could get my money back!! Item eventually turned up 4 days later!!!
I ordered some jars for a wedding. I did next day delivery. They came when they said they would, they were so well packaged and bubblewrapped. I honestly couldn't have asked for better service. I would definitely use this company in the future and would 100% recommend. Thank you easy florist supplies for great service.
I received a damaged pot which was really dented in on one side. I first called the customer service team on Thursday 6th Feb on the number they provide and was told quite abruptly that they could not help me and I should send an email instead. So that is exactly what I did. I wrote to explain my situation and ask if it was possible for them to send me a replacement pot. Since I'd already ordered the large size and this was fine and exactly as shown in the pictures on the website.The response I received is below:"Hi You can send them back but if I send you a replacement it may be the same as they are purposely designed to be distressed, RegardsLee B"I wrote back stating there was a difference between distressed and faulty.I've heard nothing back at all. So I'm left with a damaged pot. Not the kind of service you would expect from a company who apparently pride themselves on their friendly customer service team who are always happy to help!.
