I especially like the organization of their website and app to aid in your shopping experience. You can filter by product type, mood, sale items and more. It makes it very easy- especially to someone new to their products. There have been a couple times where I have had incorrect orders- but when I do- I have always been able to talk to a person very easily - and they have gone above and beyond to fix the problem.
