I wasn't sure about ordering at first, since I have a naturally high tolerance. But the recipes are honestly so much better than what I was getting before. I know exactly what to expect, they always arrive in good condition, AND there is always a sale! Their customer service is also wonderful, getting back to me almost immediately, and checking into my concerns deeply. I can't recommend them enough!
I have ordered from Edobles multiple times. They have good sales and great products. I have also given some items as gifts- and recommend them to my friends. I especially like the organization of their website and app to aid in your shopping experience. You can filter by product type, mood, sale items and more. It makes it very easy- especially to someone new to their products. There have been a couple times where I have had incorrect orders- but when I do- I have always been able to talk to a person very easily - and they have gone above and beyond to fix the problem. Highly recommend.
The gummies taste great, which was a nice surprise since a lot of CBD products I’ve tried before have a weird aftertaste. More importantly, they work exactly as described—I felt calm and relaxed without feeling drowsy.What really made the whole experience even better was how quickly my order was processed and shipped. Ordered Jan 4 and still not delivered. Customer service (Elle) refuses to give refund and instead keeps saying “it’s in transit” but the tracking number shows that it has never been picked up. Having to get a lawyer to get my $149.98 back from a product I never received and from a company that will not acknowledge and correct the issue.
