Ordered Jan 4 and still not delivered. Customer service (Elle) refuses to give refund and instead keeps saying “it’s in transit” but the tracking number shows that it has never been picked up. Having to get a lawyer to get my $149.98 back from a product I never received and from a company that will not acknowledge and correct the issue.
