I entered the drive thru at about 3 pm and at 3:15 and employee came out and told us that their system was not working and that we have to wait longer. I was stuck in between car and had no choice so I continued waiting. Without being able to place an order.20 minutes later, the line moved and everybody was able to leave. It was 100 degrees outside , at no point they offered us a cold drink even water or anything. The manager did not show up to apologize. What kind of business is that ? And it says WE ARE HIRING!! Who wants to work there ?NOT!!Awful management, I will never return there. There are so many other restaurants in Merced who care about their customers. I wish I could put zero stars!!
