Sales Rep was great and clear but the implementation crew was terrible. First day they were supposed to be there was a no call no show. Had to call to finally get someone out there and then they still did not show when they said they would. Day 2 they finally came out and no communication, just started drilling on the house. No introduction, no updates throughout the day, nothing. They then left the job unfinished with no updates once again. We then received a message saying that the job was complete when there were obvious signs that the job was not complete. they had not even wired up the system yet and conduit was just left laying on the roof unsecured to anything.A WEEK later someone finally came back to finish the job and still did not complete it. Said they would be back the next day and again no call no show. Had to call again to get him out there. Finally said he would be there the next day at 9. Again.... no call no show. He finally arrived around 2 with no update as to why they were late and the job was finally finished. What we were told would be a 1-2 day installation took 2 weeks.
