I purchased an Epson Printer Model 2950. Two months later, it stopped working. Epson replaced it with a refurbished same model printer with a $50 deposit, which will be refunded after I send the old printer back to Epson. But Epson did not send me an email to give me the instructions on how to return the old printer, and did not refund me the $50 deposit. I submitted 4 emails to ask them to give me the instructions for the return printer with an RMA. But I received no response.Besides, the replacement printer is also a non-working unit. The scan works, but the print doesn't.I did not believe Epson is such a poorly managed company.
