I was scammed trying to get Epson…

I was scammed trying to get Epson support. Epson make it so difficult to get help that a company has set up offering help. They then scam you into paying for a support package that pretends to be anApple package.

Please don’t buy any printer products…

Please don’t buy any printer products from this company !! Their product malfunctions routinely. Cartridges dispense constantly even after minimal use . The support is shockingly condescending. “ yeah, error “ and packed with updates and downloads.If the cost of the machine excites you, then the cost of constantly replenishing your ink will soon hammer your cash flow. Such a blatantly obvious lousy sales tactic. Rage , stress and poverty!! Just to print a page or two. If there is a better option for printing , I’d say it would be anything else. For sanity sake!! Please don’t! This companies products could be used for cruelty.I tried it all , I meen all,a second time , I could write a profanity. Genuinely sickening. If someone has an Eurekia moment , there is an opening for easy to use printing products . Help us!!

Epson Printer Model…

I purchased an Epson Printer Model 2950. Two months later, it stopped working. Epson replaced it with a refurbished same model printer with a $50 deposit, which will be refunded after I send the old printer back to Epson. But Epson did not send me an email to give me the instructions on how to return the old printer, and did not refund me the $50 deposit. I submitted 4 emails to ask them to give me the instructions for the return printer with an RMA. But I received no response.Besides, the replacement printer is also a non-working unit. The scan works, but the print doesn't.I did not believe Epson is such a poorly managed company.

Shocking, really unhelpful with a bad attitude. I’m going to take this printer to the tip and NEVER EVER use Epson again.

Their appliances are junks

Their appliances are junks. I bought one with warranty and it stopped printing. I have been talking with customer service forever (months). They replaced a dysfunctional unit with another dysfunctional junk. I am just fed up. Not sure how their products pass consumer scores to be able to sell in US markets

Epson has the worse Customer Service I…

Epson has the worse Customer Service I have ever come across so I would avoid. I have had 6 Epson printer and no issue until Epson sent a firmware download and it’s stopped the printer working. I contacted them and they have refused to fix as the printer is over 12 months old. They offered me to pay £85 for a service… as if it’s YOUR software that has broken my printer. Please please please avoid

"Hen's Teeth" are easier to come by than Customer Service.

I have been online a few times trying to find out how to contact them, using twitter more than ONCE and they do NOT get back to you. This is enough to put me off buying anything from Epson ever again. You can buy the refills on the net but try to get a maintenance kit is like looking for "HENS TEETH" Service 0 out of 10.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Ordered a printer, less than a year old, stopped feeding paper. Epson refused to support this problem saying it was bought from a third party? It is an EPSON product....... Will never purchase an item from them again. In addition, the representative was rude!!!!! Made me jump through hoops only to tell me that they would not help me.

Very poor Epson customer service

I bought a new Epson printer. Epson convinced me to subscribe to their Readyprint service to get ink. As a customer, I found them padding the number of copies I made. They refused to give me the copies I was entitled to receive under my subscription, to scam me for higher fees.Customer service was horrible. They would not answer their customer service telephone line, there was no email listed, and they were impossible to deal with on their confusing contact form.They are a bunch of dodgy scammers who make false representations and fail to honor their promises.Stay away!

Corporate greedy profits at work here

Corporate greedy profits at work here. Got a notification a firmware upgrade was needed to my WF-4820. Stupidly trusting Epson this was a needed value-add. I did the update and now cant print as it locks out 3rd party ink cartridges. Support said it can’t be rolled back. BS, everything can be rolled back in case the update has problem. It disguised ransomware pay to play. Never buying another Epson product again.
