I have had Epson printer's for year's and was satisfied until this week. My printer would not print but a message came up on the screen Pad service required to switch off, so I took it back to the shop to have a look at it. The results were your printer is no good you will have to buy another one. So I rang Epson UK and this is what he said, That message is right the PAD is FULL. So If I take to an EPSON Main dealer would they repair it yes he replied but It will cost you £99 +and it would be cheaper to buy another one.Epson is out to make money any way they can. The cost of buying their cartridges Is well over the top on price. SoI will be trying somebody else. There Printers go on the number of PAGES then it's finished That was what the message meant on the screen. So all ways ask how many pages will print before it's no good.So count your PAGES how many I don't know.
