Where do I begin, fancied trying a burger from the New fat burger in town so set up a new account with Just Eat never used them before. Placed my order. It arrived on time, but unfortunately the food was cold and the burgers was not what I ordered when contacting the shop. I spoke to a lady who was very helpful and apologetic and put through the correct burgers. No, this is when I got slightly confused, because then I received another phone call from the manager of Fat Burger, who told me they don’t provide that Burger and the woman that I spoke to works at the contact centre of fat Burger. He then went on to say on the Just Eat app. They shouldn’t be advertising that Burger because they don’t sell it in the Bath branch. So rather than him contacting me to let me know they don’t provide that Burger, he automatically just sent a burger, but he thought we might like my wife doesn’t like mayonnaise, nor does she like garlic mushrooms, which was in the burger because he repeatedly kept saying what was the problem with the Burger. He then was saying, Just Eat are useless they do this all the time. If that was the case, why is the company, Fat Burger using Just Eat he told me I would have to go through Just Eat to have a refund. Just Eat have refunded me but only credited the Just Eat app so I can use on another order which again I’m not happy to do or use just eat either. I will not be using again. I also work with the public in my role of work and would be telling anybody I work with to avoid Fat Burger.
