Review Time
I’ve been to Fatbhrger in Weho many times in the past and it was always good but I think ownership must have changed because this time 2 days ago it was the worst. I placed my order for there and I waited and waited and waited. I finally went back to the counter to find out they had it all packed up in a Togo bag, never called my name, it was just sitting there getting cold, and the person who took my order was too busy joking and laughing with another worker to notice me. When my friend and I got our orders, which came to $58 btw, my friend had orderedextra chili for his burger and there was noChili. I had ordered extra chili for my fries and there was barely any. They didn’t give us our cups for drinks that came with the meal. The food in total was so bad and tasteless that we couldn’t even eat beyond 1/3 of our burgers and decided to toss everything away including most of the jalapeño Poppers order that looked amazing in picture but were disgusting in real life, and both of our soggy fries. We left there with what felt like lead stomachs and such disappointment. Never again.
Where do I begin, fancied trying a burger from the New fat burger in town so set up a new account with Just Eat never used them before. Placed my order. It arrived on time, but unfortunately the food was cold and the burgers was not what I ordered when contacting the shop. I spoke to a lady who was very helpful and apologetic and put through the correct burgers. No, this is when I got slightly confused, because then I received another phone call from the manager of Fat Burger, who told me they don’t provide that Burger and the woman that I spoke to works at the contact centre of fat Burger. He then went on to say on the Just Eat app. They shouldn’t be advertising that Burger because they don’t sell it in the Bath branch. So rather than him contacting me to let me know they don’t provide that Burger, he automatically just sent a burger, but he thought we might like my wife doesn’t like mayonnaise, nor does she like garlic mushrooms, which was in the burger because he repeatedly kept saying what was the problem with the Burger. He then was saying, Just Eat are useless they do this all the time. If that was the case, why is the company, Fat Burger using Just Eat he told me I would have to go through Just Eat to have a refund. Just Eat have refunded me but only credited the Just Eat app so I can use on another order which again I’m not happy to do or use just eat either. I will not be using again. I also work with the public in my role of work and would be telling anybody I work with to avoid Fat Burger.
If I could put minus zero stars i would , not only the food was cold and disgusting there was several items missing no form of contact to get hold of them , finally found a random number online rang them and man didn't understand what I was saying and denied it came from uber eats so we're did I order from space LOL STAY AWAY DONT LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS YOU BEEN WARNED ,misleading absolute disgrace will never eat theirs foods again.
I had a bbq fat burger at willowbrook testerdcay ,it was soggy and expensive ($20 for the meal). If it was good, I would have no problem paying that but the bun was falling apart because it was old.and the rest of the burger was soggy and tasteless. That was the first and last time I will go there.

I've been going to Fatburger for the past 3 years and finally decided to share my opinion. GREAT BURGERS!!! I've tried everything on their menu and have never been disappointed. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful, the restaurant clean and inviting. Portions are good, prices a little bit on the high side, but still worth it.
