Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. We’ve been a customer for over 13 years and in the last 3 years, they have spiraled. It is like pulling teeth to get a fill. When I finally managed to speak to a person today, she ended the call by telling me to “feel free to find a different provider, if you’re not happy”. Don’t worry, I will.
