Unbelievable!! Calls are routed to Washington @ Texas. On hold for 15 minutes. Told they can't deliver in our area (SF Bay area) because of ice and snow on roads. One said drivers work 12 hours a day and another, 16 hours a day. Shouldn't have to wait for 2 weeks for a fill or partial end of load. It's just poor management. I can't even get thru to my local delivery just 15 miles away. It's incompetence at the highest level. Called 3 other companies and they said the could deliver next day until I said we were with Ferrellgas. Then told they can only deliver to their own tank.
