So, we have a company account with this company and service has been terrible! From not emailing receipts (that they said they would) from our sales rep never once calling us back or making an appearance (Mr Charlie Daniels). Now I just set on the phone for over 7 minutes after being transferred to our local office to inquire about an open order. We've trying to purchase full brand new LP bottles for over a month. They did facilitate us months ago. But, now we are needing more. They've been Johnny on the spot for refills of course but severely lacking in all other aspects.
