I’ve been a long time customer of Filastruder for a couple different 3D printer parts and pieces and filament. Had one issue in over 10 years and it was resolved in an email. THAT’S what you want for customer service. Shipping is fast, packaging is great, and the fact I can see past and present orders on one dashboard (you’d be surprised how many businesses still don’t do that) is great!
