I’ve been a long time customer of Filastruder for a couple different 3D printer parts and pieces and filament. Had one issue in over 10 years and it was resolved in an email. THAT’S what you want for customer service. Shipping is fast, packaging is great, and the fact I can see past and present orders on one dashboard (you’d be surprised how many businesses still don’t do that) is great! Love this business, keep up the good work!
Over the years i've order a ton of parts from filastruder for my Railcore printer. Shipping has always been very fast and reasonably priced. Any time I've needed to interact and contact support even when it was more of a warranty issue with an E3D I felt very well taken care of by the company.
Reliable source for 3d printing parts and a small business run by people invested in the 3d printing community. I've been buying from Tim for probably 5 years now and it's my first stop shop. Prompt service and really fast and reasonably priced shipping.
It has been 3 business days since the order and no tracking or update, so we emailed for an update. Here's their rude reply:Receipt is in the email you just replied to. Tracking comes once it ships, as was/is stated at the top of the website, lead time is 2-3 business days.
The Filastruder team is hands down one of the best retailors for 3d printer parts and related CNC type machines. If you ever have a question, they are quick to answer and share in their many years of experience and get you pointed in the right direction. All my 3d printer builds and parts come from Filastruder, and I've never had even remotely a bad experience with the team or any shipment, 10/10.
Every 3D printer I own has been imprinted with the thoughtful support of Filastruder. They are the opposite of the Big Box stores. If you need something special, they'll order it for you. If you make a mistake, they'll help you make it right! Filastruder is wonderfully supportive of small time makers and machine designers, and the world is better with them in it!
I ordered 2 nozzles with a total cost of $119.98 with free shipping. I was shipped one nozzle and given a refund for the missing nozzle. I was not given the choice to cancel my order or wait for the second nozzle that was in stock less than 1 week later. I need 2 of these nozzles to be able to complete my project. I asked for the second to be shipped at list list price and have the order fulfilled per my first order which would have been 2 nozzles at the total cost of $119.98. My original transaction shows this amount and 2 nozzles with free shipping. I was told no as one nozzle does not meet the minimum of $100 for free shipping. The should not have sent me an incomplete order unless I agreed to it. They emailed me after the order was shipped so I had no choice in this matter. Tim has not provided good customer service from the company. I have disputed the transaction with Paypal and I am waiting for a response. I have all emails showing I tried to resolve this with kind and I received no help. I will be reviewing this company in every online portal that allows it. Good luck if you choose to deal with them. I will edit this review if Tim from Filastruder wishes to honor the original order price for the 2 nozzles as ordered.
