I ordered 2 nozzles with a total cost of $119.98 with free shipping. I was shipped one nozzle and given a refund for the missing nozzle. I was not given the choice to cancel my order or wait for the second nozzle that was in stock less than 1 week later. I need 2 of these nozzles to be able to complete my project. I asked for the second to be shipped at list list price and have the order fulfilled per my first order which would have been 2 nozzles at the total cost of $119.98. My original transaction shows this amount and 2 nozzles with free shipping. I was told no as one nozzle does not meet the minimum of $100 for free shipping. The should not have sent me an incomplete order unless I agreed to it. They emailed me after the order was shipped so I had no choice in this matter. Tim has not provided good customer service from the company. I have disputed the transaction with Paypal and I am waiting for a response. I have all emails showing I tried to resolve this with kind and I received no help. I will be reviewing this company in every online portal that allows it. Good luck if you choose to deal with them. I will edit this review if Tim from Filastruder wishes to honor the original order price for the 2 nozzles as ordered.
