I have an aging Prusa MK2 and bought parts from Filastruder back in 2019 and again now in 2023. There is no phone number listed on the website, but Tim responded to my many questions about various parts I needed quickly. In fact, I ended up sending 14 emails to him to figure out details of the new revo hotend to retrofit in my Prusa. Questions all answered promptly, and package shipped the following day.
