This company sold me a brand new Fit 3D…that does not work

This company sold me a brand new Fit 3D scanner for 10K and I had nothing but nightmares. The software fails to work every now and then. The customer service responds in days no active phone call takers.Only emails and no text replies.Total waste of money and a joke. The contract they make you sign is iron clad in their favor. If you have a problem only arbitration in California. The scanner is a total joke.It seems I have lost 10k .Do not buy this machine through their sales pitch. I am a physician and I am pissed off . I am hoping this review will make them respond to my requests to fix my machine. If you call the customer service with your complaints they get pissed at you further and don't respond or respond with outrageous solutions to your problem which don't work and then immediately send you an email that we have fixed your problem and give us a review for customer support.UPDATE:THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED SO NO ISSUES NOW

  • Fit3D maintains 3,500+ scanners in 74 countries. We provide an easy and accurate way for business owners to validate their programs and scale member revenue.

Many of the negative reviews you’ll see are from former free users unhappy about our move to a paid subscription model. Since 2022, Fit3D has required all customers to pay a monthly service fee—similar to a phone plan, there is both hardware and a service layer involved. As service costs have increased, we've phased out legacy free access in favor of a consistent paid model, which is now standard across the SaaS industry.

Current Customers: Please let us know if you have any comments about your current service that we can answer. If you have an active ticket you'd like us to address, please email us at support@fit3d.com. Leaving a review here to get our attention will take longer than simply emailing us for an escalation.
