This is going into week 4

This is going into week 4. I did wish I read more reviews before I bought this machine. Fit3d is great until it is NOT. If you have any problems or anything is not working, customer service is slow. You can not call, they don't take phone call appointments. You are left with the person you are assigned to. If you get ONE email a day or maybe every 2nd or 3rd day, you are lucky. For a $10 000 machine, you expect better customer service. I wish they will just buy it back. It took a lot of patience before I decided to look at what other people had to say. They eagerly defend the reviews, they should take THAT time and invest in giving better support. I will not recommend this machine to anyone, INBODY solves problems the same day, same day determine if your machine needs to be shipped back or not. ISo the end result they want another $2500 to replace a camera on a 2 year old $10 000 machine. - sorry 4 years I rather take that $2500 and spend on a company that can give me customer service or use for lawyer fees@Patrick I left a message on LinkedIn for the CEO of your company ( the founder ) You have an amazing Producf with the worse after sales service and customer support . That’s is why I said “ fit3d is great until it is NOTI am not the only one that complains .I rather buy an inferior product with excellent support . I left the negative comments out of desperation.It should not cost 25% to replace one small camera . $2500 plus shipping .I brand new Styku - your competition with color images currently cost $4500I am talking to them tomorrow My friends who have Styku’s has cell phone numbers of support people. Everyone that’s has a Fit3d complains about your customer service . If I do the math it is a better investment to buy Styku. You have my cell phone number . It seems like a Mark guy give prober support . Yes I send many tickets and even emailed the company in New Zealand to ask what type of support they give .I know things break and need to be replaced. That is common sense and I’m willing to pay if it is fair and if I know I will get support .My InBody was shipped to California they replace and fix every part and recalibrate it and shipped it back for less then $1000You can learn something from their service department.

    Many of the negative reviews you’ll see are from former free users unhappy about our move to a paid subscription model. Since 2022, Fit3D has required all customers to pay a monthly service fee—similar to a phone plan, there is both hardware and a service layer involved. As service costs have increased, we've phased out legacy free access in favor of a consistent paid model, which is now standard across the SaaS industry.
