We worked with him personally throughout the ordering process. He was very helpful and worked with us to get the perfect product for us. Jill was wonderful. She pulled up our last order, sent proofs and waited for our confirmation to print! In fact, she inquired why we wanted to change the font color. When I double-checked with our managing partner it turns out that Jill was correct ... we needed to keep the current font color.
