I am thrilled with the book I received. They offered a ton of options for customizing the cover of the book and to go through and edit each individual page myself (with some pre-set templates/layouts that were helpful). When I submitted the book, customer service was very helpful in confirming the details of what I wanted and updating me on the shipping status. I was also impressed with how quickly the book arrived (much faster than other services I've seen) with a relatively comparable price.
