I had an extremely frustrating experience with Fox Timber. I placed an order (Order #100157705083400737), and they charged me immediately, only to inform me later that the item was out of stock. This was not indicated on their website at the time of purchase, which is misleading.To make matters worse, their communication has been abysmal. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get a vague response that the refund would take up to 7 working days. Even after this timeframe, no refund has been processed, and their lack of accountability is shocking.It is unacceptable for a company to neglect customer service to this extent, especially when the fault lies entirely with them. Charging customers for unavailable items and failing to address concerns in a timely manner shows a lack of professionalism and respect for customers.I do not recommend Fox Timber and urge others to be cautious when dealing with them. Until they improve their communication, website accuracy, and refund practices, they are far from a trustworthy business.
