We went here with a recommendation from our vet's locum vet. The surgeon did not examine our dog. From the X-rays we supplied, the surgeon explained how our dog needed surgery. It would be necessary to break the bones of our pet and put in a metal plate to fuse the bones at a cost of £5000. If the Operation was not effective, the repeat surgery would not be chargeable. The surgeon did not consider non-invasive options. Our dog is 11 years old. My Wife was horrified, and even if this was the only option, I still think she would have said no. As it was, there were several other options. I recommend consulting alternative options before coming here. We were charged £300 for the consultation. I consider that a rip-off for a 15-minute consultation with a surgeon who seemed more interested in his operation than our dog. I got the impression "A wonderful surgery, Oh, the patient died"
