No tracking and no email confirmation of shipping should have been a warning but I'd used them previously without a problem. Drainer took 3 weeks to arrive by which time I'd had to get one elsewhere. Sent it back. No refund given and no one responds to calls or emails.I will take them to small claims court if a refund doesn't come through this week.
