As time went on I phoned the vets to bring her in as she started go down hill I asked for a price without a consultation he said £85 I said I didn’t need a consultation as the vet said just bring her back to put her to sleep the receptionist said hang on I’ll find out the price without a consultation he came back with a price of £55 so I made the appointment at Bingley when I went to pay they said £85 ? I explained to her that I was given a price of £55 and she checked and said well sorry but it’s £85 she said they must have told you the wrong price?? So I had to pay this amount. This is not acceptable as the price I was given was accepted this is soo wrong wasn’t happy bad enough loosing a pet then given this . So I will not be going to the vets again with other pets .
