Review Time
I ordered the M4A1 black. It arrived on time and for the first day was working really well but after that the gun began to fire uncontrollably whenever the battery was in it. I sent gelsoft a message and they got back to me in about 12 hours. And hopefully I get my money back
Issues were resolved and the rifles are sturdy and ensure lots of fun. I recently bought an M4-E rifle for my son's 21st birthday. Unfortunately when he opened it, we could see the rifle looked "bent" Turned out it was the metal rod inside the gun that was bent forcing the rifle to bend with it. The rifle didn't work properly either. BUT after a mix up with the company sending me the wrong size parcel code for returning the rifle, they told me to break the gun and send a photo showing that it was unuseable. There was a delay in me doing this as I was very sick, but as soon as I sent the photos, a new M4-E arrived the very next day, which was excellent. (It's also worth noting that it was incredibly difficult to break the gun, taking a few blows with a big sledgehammer. So that's a good thing lol. Shows me how sturdy they are.)I gave them 5 stars even though there were issues with the first gun, because of the way it was handled (offering to send a new one and telling me they'd send everything, allowing me to keep a spare clip and battery) i am very pleased. So much so that I bought another rifle from them (M4-A1) from them (to put away for Christmas), which arrived very quickly.Yes, there can be delays in responding or answering the phone, but I think that's more a staffing issue? as this company is definitely not a scam. My problem was resolved and now we have 2 amazing gelsoft rifles.
The most useless company in existance, ordered 2 cyclone guns for birthday party for 12 year old, arrived, no battery in one box and no. ammo bottle, emailed and phoned company, they apologised and said would send one , so missing parts arrive Saturday, and well you can guess, yes they sent the wrong battery.After my experience, i'd avoid this company like the plague.
Feel I have to leave these guys a great review.Ordered a gel blaster for my son for Christmas. Arrived promptly. Build was really good quality and works well. I am impressed with the range and accuracy of the gel balls, son has used it tons since.Recently damaged the barell of the gun and contacted Gelsoft to purchase a replacement who promtpy sent a replacement for free despite me offering to pay. Had the replacement part the next day.Very happy and impressed. Thanks
I emailed about an issue with a new gun we had baught. No responce. Emailed again to another email address we found and again no reply. Gun was one week old and used once. Broken. Cheap Chinese rubbish and not interested once they have your money
They put the wrong size gel in the first order by mistake, I called to advise them and they immediately dispatched the right size and they arrived by Royal Mail signed delivery less than 24 hrs later. Very fast problem solving, Royal Mail probably need a good review as well!
