Issues were resolved and the rifles are sturdy and ensure lots of fun. I recently bought an M4-E rifle for my son's 21st birthday. Unfortunately when he opened it, we could see the rifle looked "bent" Turned out it was the metal rod inside the gun that was bent forcing the rifle to bend with it. The rifle didn't work properly either. BUT after a mix up with the company sending me the wrong size parcel code for returning the rifle, they told me to break the gun and send a photo showing that it was unuseable. There was a delay in me doing this as I was very sick, but as soon as I sent the photos, a new M4-E arrived the very next day, which was excellent. (It's also worth noting that it was incredibly difficult to break the gun, taking a few blows with a big sledgehammer. So that's a good thing lol. Shows me how sturdy they are.)I gave them 5 stars even though there were issues with the first gun, because of the way it was handled (offering to send a new one and telling me they'd send everything, allowing me to keep a spare clip and battery) i am very pleased. So much so that I bought another rifle from them (M4-A1) from them (to put away for Christmas), which arrived very quickly.Yes, there can be delays in responding or answering the phone, but I think that's more a staffing issue? as this company is definitely not a scam. My problem was resolved and now we have 2 amazing gelsoft rifles.
