Not had bed yet so cannot comment on that. I will comment however, on customer service as it’s left me feeling extremely dissatisfied.Ordered last Sunday 30th, yes I expected a delay as closed on Bank Holiday Monday. I called the customer service department today as it showed it has not been dispatched yet and it’s now Thursday 4th. I asked if I could pay extra for a quick delivery as my dog is having an operation tomorrow and wanted a more comfortable bed for him in time for Saturday when I collect him . I was told a flat no and that it will go out this afternoon. I should get it either Friday or being another bank holiday Tuesday next week. What about the Saturday? No, we don’t do that service. Not really a caring company is it? If I were in customer service for that company I would have made it happen upon hearing a plea that it would be of great benefit to dog that would be convalescing. £125 on a dog bed, you can do better than that! I will not be recommending.
