Very very good at saying sorry to any and all enquiries though.I was informed that they were unable to contact and inform anyone of the site closure as the connection to their site was via monitor serial number and no personal details were held on record, which contradicts their "security" reasons for closing this upload site! No alternate software offered and no further support available.But guess what......a new monitor can be purchased with a new upload site.These guys should be wearing stripey jumpers and ski masks.Give to a worthwhile charity instead of being ripped off, or choose any alternate monitors.
