This is not a quality company to deal with! You cannot get in touch with anyone at this company. I placed an order the beginning of december and although I did receive an order confirmation, I have not heard anything beyond the confirmation. They do not answer their phone and refer you to a website that I am not sure is a valid site to even access. NEVER will I order from them again!
