These guys took over from AVICO; unfortunately, it doesn't look like AVICO did a good job in transitioning the accounts. I got lost. To Livewire's credit, once they were aware of the problem, they reached out to me several times to work to resolve the problem. While I had to move on to another service provider, if a future/another need arises, my first call will be to Livewire. I believe they care and will work to provide quality service.
