Wrong order sent, multiple failed Royal Mail pick ups, 2 business day response times to emails with no phone contact available, then completely ignored emails. Ended up having to file a complaint with my credit card company in order to recoup funds as had to rebuy another birthday gift. All in all a terrible experience with shockingly poor customer service. I do not advise dealing with this business especially as there are so many other suppliers of Maileg products who are an absolute pleasure to deal with.
