I have purchased several times and in several occasions from this company and they are absolutely reliable and great. I cannot recommend them more, they have constant Maileg promotions, a system point to get rewards and more discounts. Plus, the items came very lovely packed and usually in no time (unless you buy stuff that is not yet relased, but they will inform you).
Wrong order sent, multiple failed Royal Mail pick ups, 2 business day response times to emails with no phone contact available, then completely ignored emails. Ended up having to file a complaint with my credit card company in order to recoup funds as had to rebuy another birthday gift. All in all a terrible experience with shockingly poor customer service. I do not advise dealing with this business especially as there are so many other suppliers of Maileg products who are an absolute pleasure to deal with.
